It was a shocking experience; they just delivered couches 3 months late and left them without assembly; Belinda was very rude on the phone. will be escalating them to consumer affairs
We are currently in the process of purchasing a lounge from this company and, so far, have been so impressed. Every single seat we have tried has been comfortable. The designs and colour range are amazing! Tto top it off, the customer service has been impeccable. Belinda and Eloise have been extremely patient with our inability to choose which one is our favourite. Thank you so much for your help so far. We can't wait to add more detail to this review once we've sat on our couch for a year!

Beautiful stylish italian-made products and the best customer service we could ask for. Eloise and Belinda have truly gone above and beyond in helping us find the perfect piece to fit both our decor and budget. Highly recommended.
