We have bought 2 showers and can safely say they are the absolute worst for fitting. The design of the fixed head units is shocking, absolutely ridiculous how short the threads are, clearly the fact they are being installed with timber and tiles is not taken into consideration and no tolerance whatsoever. We have had to spend another £60 just for extra fittings to make it viable !! My partner has been fitting other people’s bathrooms for years and never encountered any so ridiculous to fit. Bathroom unit delaminating less than 12 months after installing! Apparently a sink cant get wet.
Worst ever company to deal with. Avoid
Faulty designer radiators and company isn't replacing them!!! I have bought some designer radiators from this company through B&Q. The horizontal radiators are not working properly. Some of the bars are not heating. The plumber suggests the horizontal radiators are faulty and needs replacement. But the company blames everything except the radiators.
