Customer service is so bad no one answers
I had a terrible experience with Cubework. They are extremely mismanaged, and their customer service is horrible. They charged us for internet, but we've been without it for two weeks, and the issue still hasn't been resolved. To make matters worse, they are now asking for extra money for overnight parking. It’s clear they have no managing skills, and I would not recommend them to anyone. Overall, it's been a very frustrating experience.
Cubework is an excellent place for our operations. It is well-managed, and Genesis has been extremely helpful and supportive. The loading docks are very convenient for unloading and loading our packages.
