I had a terrible experience with Cubework. They are extremely mismanaged, and their customer service is horrible. They charged us for internet, but we've been without it for two weeks, and the issue still hasn't been resolved. To make matters worse, they are now asking for extra money for overnight parking. It’s clear they have no managing skills, and I would not recommend them to anyone. Overall, it's been a very frustrating experience.

Cubework is an excellent place for our operations. It is well-managed, and Genesis has been extremely helpful and supportive. The loading docks are very convenient for unloading and loading our packages.

Location is great and warehouse set up is very easy to use and access (24x7). The Cubework team has done a nice job in creating a great environment through monthly breakfast for our teams, clean break rooms and areas where you can meet your customers like a professional office. Keep up the good work.
