The staff is always on top of things and security is top notch. The Superflea floor has been completely renovated and is very clean and organized. Lots of new and interesting stores have opened up along with alot of the old stores still bringing the family atmosphere to the building.

The management and operations at this facility are severely lacking. The building is inadequately maintained, and there appears to be a lack of accountability among the staff, as responsibilities are often deferred to others without resolution. Since Cubework took over, the overall business environment has significantly declined, with noticeably fewer customers compared to 2+ years ago when the building was managed under different ownership. From the office staff, security and other staff members, we have not had a negative experience with this company. Move in was easy and allowed extra time for bigger bulkier heavy items. Always doing incentives for their customers. I’m glad we found them!
