Ok so we have been here for 2 years and the gate has been broken for months. I am paying for security and that can't be done without the gate. Come on Cube Smart, get it right! Ok editing my previous comment and lowering my stars. Gate still not fixed and just got another 5% increase. Really every 6 months there is a 5% increase and THE GATE IS STILL NOT FIXED? What am I paying for!

The staff is phenomenal and the location is secure_
Facility has good lighting, is clean and has bathrooms that are well maintained.
