I just rented here and the lease presentation was clear and upfront, if you listen you will not be surprised or disappointed. The tour was also helpful to know where things are located! Vanessa is super helpful and carried a smile throughout this process.
This place is very clean. Has lots of lights. Staff is very nice. Oh and very cheap prices

I only store with CubeSmart and if you're wondering this branch is just as good, maybe even better than the others because of Vanessa. She represents the company very well in the winter haven area.
Easy access and very clean! Air conditioning works wonderful!!!! Rented and 2 hours later was putting our things in. Did not have to go to office, the lock was already in the unit and ready to go.
