During after hours, 6pm, the ease of getting into my actual unit via the app was not easy at all and the manager from the location was unreachable. Otherwise the facility is good and in good shape. Prices are reasonable.
I had a good experience with Erica at the Zion location. She was easy to work with. She took the time to show me the unit out to gain access how to get the app to open the unit and the outside doors and that location really was clean and organized and I appreciate you having an employees like her. CubeSmart is the way to go.
