Staff was great and showed me the different options. Showed me around the place. They have a flatbed dolly available for use which is nice. The facility is very clean.
The personnel at the location are great. This location is clean and a little ways from Albuquerque central so you don't have loitering or homeless hanging out. However, if you're planning on going with them, at the moment, do not use the app or website to setup your service unless they tell you to. For some reason there is a disconnect with the location and the app. Using the app after the initial setup is great.

Honestly I had a great experience I had so many questions and they were all on board to make sure I got answers and very nice about everything. I know I can be annoying I know I talked to Aaron but I’m so sorry I didn’t know the lady who helped me with my lease yesterday but she was super nice too :)) thank you for your help and understanding!
