Honestly I had a great experience I had so many questions and they were all on board to make sure I got answers and very nice about everything. I know I can be annoying I know I talked to Aaron but I’m so sorry I didn’t know the lady who helped me with my lease yesterday but she was super nice too :)) thank you for your help and understanding!
Great location! Staff is so friendly and helpful. Aaron and Lulu keep a great clean store and helped me get everything situated nice and easy!
I've had a unit at this location for a little over a year now and every time I show up there's a sign that they will be back later. In the morning, in the middle of the day, or 2 hours before close. No matter when you call you'll get the automated service about you've called out of business hours or they're with a customer. Place is clean and nice but what good does that do me when I need customer service about my online account issues and updating my payment information.
Storage facility is great. The unit is great, but being hounded for a survey.That's why you got four stars
