She was very helpful and answered all questions
I was at store number 0381 on Newfield St in Middletown. Anthony is a very poor communicator (doesnt respond to emails, takes hours to return a phone call even though he heard the voicemail, etc) and seems to use "oh, corporate has my hands tied" as a reason for not answering seemingly simple questions. On that note, CubeSmart does not like loyal customers. They will hike up the rates more each year, the longer you are there, so it's only best to be there for maybe one price increase before it's better to just move to a diff... read more
Everything worked out well. Darya was very helpful and professional. The app worked very well, and the storage unit was easy to locate.
This is my second stay with Cube Smart,another very clean facility. Very friendly reception by Darya ,and she’s very knowledgeable. Made an online reservation ,when I arrived getting me setup was seamless.
