I have to say hands down the cleanest climate control storage units I’ve ever seen and not to mention the lady in the office Rebecca She has a wonderful personality and is always so kind! She went the extra mile with me the other day and I know I was probably interrupting what she was already doing but she never made me feel like a bother she immediately fixed the issue I was having and I don’t know customer service is very important to me and both ladies that work here are super friendly and helpful
Do not rent one of these storage units! CubeSmart on Bryant St raised our rent on our storage unit by ~20% after only 4 months! This is a complete racket -- really dishonest / bait & switch way of getting you in the door at a low rate and then taking advantage of you when you can't do much about it. I'd understand raising rates after a year, but after 4 months is a horrible customer experience. The office was not helpful at all.
I’m parking a cargo trailer there. It was actually much better and cheaper than I expected. Completely enclosed and gated parking and storage.
All of a sudden there are no carts... And this is the excuse. There are signs up warning people not to litter or there will be a fine because "you're on camera." Yet you lose your carts and can't do anything but lock them up after hours? It would've been nice to have been notified before I wasted time driving over there.
