This is the only storage unit that consistently raises the rent and charges multiple late fees. Please explain how this is possible. When I took this unit in 2023 my rate was $159 now I'm paying $300. This place robs you blind. Extra space storage was better than this! Guess I'm getting my things and going back to extra space storage!
The manager Rebecca always helps me out when I have an issue or any questions with my storage unit. She made this an easy move for me! Thank you 🤎
