Increased charges twice and none of that money went to fixing the elevators that are necessary to navigate. One elevator is completely out. The other takes forever to close (5-10 minutes at times).
The asst mgr that is always there sits at the lower desk. She keeps that property running smoothly and is always listening for suggestions and concerns. She runs the nicest property always calls me by my name it’s refreshing that she remembers us by name and face. She is a rock star keep up the good work
