Vicky at CubeSmart on Commerce Lake Dr in St. Augustine was wonderful! She escorted me through the building, all the floors… showing me different size units and their locations. She was very patient with me for the decisions I was trying to make. On the day of our move, we decided to change from the original storage unit we reserved to a split unit configuration, side-by-side which Vicky handled smoothly.
