This is my first experience with using self storage. I've been in contact and communicating with the General Manager, Kim Ware (@ store # 0983), since I pretty much first reserved my storage unit. Not only did she respond super quickly to my request to change my reservation to a larger unit, she also showed me around the facility, explained how things work, and answered all of my questions in a very friendly, attentive and courteous manner. Kim was absolutely wonderful! She was so kind, patient, and thorough throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable and informed. It’s rare to meet someone who genuinely cares, but Kim truly went above and beyond. I’m so grateful for her help and highly recommend working with her!
