Great storage and excellent customer service.
Staff is great. Made the transaction seamless. Elevator was broken but we still hot the job done.
I just left the 2977 location in Rosenberg, Texas . Reno, who was filling in for this location, was AMAZING! I went to get a new rental unit and he was extremely, extremely helpful. He was patient, kind and went out of his way to make sure that I received unit that I was happy with. I ,unfortunately, took up more of his time than I planned but he was extremely patient and kind. I had an amazing experience at the CubeSmart in Rosenberg! Blake at the front desk was incredibly helpful and made the whole process so easy. He was friendly, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything and got exactly what I needed. Excellent customer service like his is rare these days.
