Ridiculous and random price jumps on units. And when I say "jumps" I mean they're practically scamming you; literally increasing your bill by $100 or $200 in any given month! The cost of my storage unit has gone from $415 to well over $635 in just 2 years! Absolutely shameless.
Getting a storage unit was easy! Everything went smoothly. Have great access hours.
Kayla was extremely helpful and amazing. She had excellent customer service and was great at helping me pick out all the supplies I needed.
Very nice people to work with. The Ac has not been working well after we moved in. It was cold but every time we have been back it has been warm. The employees are apologetic but it is out of their control.
