Everything was good except no access to carts to unload our item into the unit. We moved on a Sunday so there was no human interaction at the location and no way to get those carts to help us. It took me and my husband almost 4 hours to move our things when it would’ve more helpful to have help. Please improve on that.
I rated low because...1) I did not ask for a lock, but it was included in my price, 2) no carts... you have to give your driver's license in the front office for a cart, then, 3) i hate hidden fees. I paid double what was advertised. 4) I asked "what does climate control mean." Answer from front desk, "it means temps range from 72-73." It's more like 78. I won't be using CubeSmart in Rosenberg anymore.
Esther and her team helped me out quickly. Wanted to see the size and they were quick to get it done. Thank yall. I'll be definitely going online to get a storage
