I've been with Cube Smart in Shrewsbury for approximately 9 years. I have been constantly bothered with payment reminders. They took an extra payment out of my bank account without permission. The cost changes with no pre warning. Their business practices are awful!!! There is one good side to the Shrewsbury Cube Smart and that is Russ. He is pleasant, polite and very supportive. I think Russ goes above and beyond to make things not so awful. There aren't a lot of men like him left in the world. You're lucky to have him.

We were promised the rate would stay in effect for a minumum of 6 mos. At 2 mos we received the bait and switch notice of the escalation from 219 to 278... of course, "with 30 day notice..." a quick phone call to address it, and everyone says "it's the algorithm" and we have no control over the price adjustment. Thank you, but no thank you.
