They are very professional and knowledgeable and the unit was exactly what I was looking for

A ton of extra charges inflated the advertised price and booking agent quoted me half the price which was never rectified. Poor customer service, understaffed, had to shovel out in front of garage door. I mean not great.
PERFECT space for everything that I owned helping me make my move very very smooth! Chris, the general manager at the location was extremely polite, knowledgeable, helpful and guided me on the process from the start of lease, and throughout (till the very end of) my lease. The space was perfect despite when it snowed 20” where they kept the roads clear of heavy snow accumulation, making storage and retrieval of my belongings anytime accessible.
