If I could give 0 stars, I would! Let me tell you what happened to me. I had a storage unit there for a short time, and we put it under my boyfriend's name. Since he was the main contact, all correspondence went to him. A few months in, I wasn't able to pay the rent on time. I was a few days late, and they added a large lien fee! My usual price was about 80 Dollars, and all of a sudden it jumped to 150 Dollars. They sold everything from me and my mother because we forgot to pay. Now someone else has my old drawings from when I was 3 and my mom's old childhood pictures and my mom's plushie that her mom made her. They sold even my first ever necklace that I gave to my mom and my old tablet sd card and now I can't get important videos. They sold everything... GUYS DONT USE CUBESMART!!!
