Customer service is excellent. It was a pleasure doing business with Matt. It's not often these days that you get competent, friendly service, but Matt nailed it.
Great experience at this location! It was so easy to rent a unit online, and when I went in person they were so friendly! The worker named Laura greeted me and opened the door for me and was so helpful with all of the information I needed. What amazing customer service they have! So glad I chose this place! I highly recommend CubeSmart in Keyes Way in West Warwick. Matt made the reservation and move in process seamless and super easy. Plenty of cart to move in & out. Super clean and friendly staff
