Chris and Matt were so thorough when showing us everything about our storage space at cube smart. They showed us the best place to park our car to access our space and made sure we knew exactly where to go and how to do it! The space was extremely clean and dry which exceeded my expectations!
I gave a 5 star review because of how well everything was explained to me PRIOR to moving in. The male 2 workers were polite and friendly. Because of those men and the way they treated myself, is earned loyalty from me. Thank you to those gentlemen that welcomed me to cubesmart. 5 star min. Thank you Debbie Farrow. Super easy to store with them. They were really helpful all the time. Chris and Matt were particularly wonderful. Would definitely store with them again. Cannot appreciate enough how easy it was to use and how amazing the staff are.
Matt has helped me countless times since I started using CubeSmart, from signing up, helping me with any unexpected issues as well as being extremely patient throughout the entire process. Service like this is the reason I continue to keep my belonging in their storage units!
