Above and beyond serious
Chris the GM and Matt were super helpful and customer service centric. Walked us thru the process with a thorough understanding of the leasing aspect and gave us onsite tour. No one wants to put their personal belongings in storage. However I take comfort knowing my items are in a climate controlled, very clean facility with a great onsite staff if I have any issues accessing the building. Great product and service! Ty!!
I am pleased to be able to leave a review for the 2 great guys that helped me & my brother. They are at the West Warwick store, Kurt who is the veteran, and Matt who is new. First starters Kurt showed him everything he could regarding a customer renting a unit. He also pointed out the learning opportunity to add me, to access the building when my brother is not available. Matt was very helpful so polite and the picture of a wonderful new employee.
