The storage space and facilities at 1212 W Roosevelt Blvd. Monroe, N.C. are very nice. The office workers Nitra and Kayleigh (aka mumbles) nice girls, but they DID NOT give me all of the monetary details up front. They weren’t lying, they just withheld information. Which really erodes trust quickly in any interaction. Take away: ask questions and take notes because they will say one thing and do another. Maybe they’re trained that way? The storage space and facilities at 1212 W Roosevelt Blvd. Monroe, N.C. are very nice. For instance, the price I would be charged for the storage unit that I rented, that you don’t need the $16 per month insurance if you have house holders insurance, and that you have to buy the lock from Cube Smart.
