Our experience with Cube Storage was Great from the beginning to the end. Customer service was excellent. Our unit is very nice. The ease and the Availability to access our unit was Laid out with a convenient map of the Storage facility,that made everything even better.
My experience with Cubesmart has been horrible from day one, but the trap is that once you get in, it’s often way too much physical work to move the stuff out….but I’ve had enough. Nothing they have said has been true. I rented online, then the services that I was told were available, suddenly were not. I have been kind, despite any issues.
