The young lady was very nice and accommodating with the issues I was dealing with, Thank You for being so nice
The storage space and facilities at 1212 W Roosevelt Blvd. Monroe, N.C. are very nice. The office workers Nitra and Kayleigh (aka mumbles) nice girls, but they DID NOT give me all of the monetary details up front. They weren’t lying, they just withheld information. Which really erodes trust quickly in any interaction. Take away: ask questions and take notes because they will say one thing and do another. Maybe they’re trained that way?
