Employee not fully or properly trained..Even with my license...gave me a contract with someone else's name on it.. utility carts not available..entrance doors broken..and parking spaces used by non customers..so parking is not available sometimes..
Cube Smart is a top notch storage facility. They are clean and secure. Katrina is a awesome help, she explained everything clearly and promptly. I am definitely sold for life ,and will absolutely refer CubeSmart to anyone who is looking for storage needs. Definitely an A+!
The staff are very helpful
The units are clean, fee’s were explained clearly in advance. Store attendant was knowledgeable and friendly. This is the first storage unit I’ve rented, and she went above and beyond to walk me through everything. She escorted me to the unit, showed me how to use the lock, and even showed me multiple entries and exits so I could choose the most convenient access for my situation.
Great place manager is very friendly …
