Clean, courteous, and very affordable rates
I don't give any stars to CubeSmart. I was behind on my storage unit payment, but I told them I could pay them in full on March 7th and they declined it. They put my storage unit up for auction and it closed on March 6th. They realized they were not going to make their money back because it was only selling for $110 so they called me the night the auction ended on March 6th and offered me to buy my storage unit back.
