I had an excellent experience at the Turner location! Jake was great even after I didn’t follow his advice about looking at the units first. I decided to change my 5x5 to a 5x10 as soon as I saw it. Jake had a lot of patience with me. I would recommend this location.
He was very nice and informative.
I had a wonderful experience with CubeSmart! Steve and Jake were both absolutely amazing to work with at the Turner location. They were incredibly helpful, professional, friendly, and made the entire process so easy and stress-free. It’s not always easy dealing with storage needs, but their kindness and willingness to help really made a difference. I truly appreciate all of their help and would definitely recommend CubeSmart to anyone looking for a storage facility with great customer service!
Super easy company to deal with. Good customer service, quick turnaround and a clean, safe place to store your stuff. So far so good
