Steve was so helpful I have never rented a storage unit before and he explained everything to me and made it so easy to rent a storage unit. Such great customer service.
Their prices keep going up . The access is terrible at the one in Turner ME . The doors freeze shut in the winter so very hard to open and almost impossible to close. In spring everything on the floor of the unit gets wet from melting snow and ice pouring in . And terrible mice problem 3/4 off my things in storage got ruined
Steve is great. Noticed that I had left my unit door open, called me up, stayed late to watch the unit until I got there to lock it up.
I had an issue with my unit. Water had gotten in and I needed to move my things. I contacted CubeSmart in Turner and spoke with Steve Cain and he immediately took care of us. He found us dry unit and had it ready within an hour. His customer service was fantastic. I will highly recommend CubeSmart and Steve!
