Manager never at work I am still waiting on a refund on the lock I never used and turned in the October 2024 hopefully he can call me this Thursday when he returns from vacation
My parents owned a storage unit here when it was owned by the old company. My mom found out when she went to use her unit that her lock was gone and it was completely wiped clean. Neither company notified us and because there were no cameras on site they have no idea who did it and why or when it happened. We lost *decades* worth of priceless family memorabilia and they won't do anything about it. No remorse, no accountability, no shame. My entire family is gutted.
