The process of completing the storage unit request was very easy and the cube smart team were friendly and able to answer any questions I had. The location is clean and more than satisfied my need, as well as provided a great value. Excellent service!

CubeSmart staff was exceptional. This is the most professional and customer centric storage company I have used. Welcome aboard process was second to none with the communication via e-mail and phone. Instructions for getting in to the facility, location of our locker and which entrance to use. Providing the lock was a huge plus and an unexpected surprise.
