Clean and modern facilities, friendly customer service, and fair pricing.
Clean, well lit , brand new. Affordable but they have already raised the price (which wasnt a "promotional price") which is making me suspicious and cautious about where they are going with this. They might end up being the same bait and switch that all these storage places use
Great temperature controlled secure and modern storage facility! I’ve been using them for a couple of years almost, and very satisfied with their prices and customer service.
Upper management at Lockhart is very helpful . We had a couple hiccups and Lainie was super attentive and helpful in addressing our concerns and rectifying the issues. Thank you .
Was 4.9 stars but now a 1.5 at best with new management/owners. Was very well maintained when Jonathan was manager. Now gates are frequently down, bathrooms are worse than a convenience store and the air conditioned units are always hotter than it is outside! What a disgrace.
