I came from CT to Springfield and Monica the manager was a great help, so definitely recommend this place if you're in Springfield and the Ludlow area and looking for storage space
I had bad experience the last time I called this office for price offers with the old manager they were rude and sucked, but this time I think they have new manager Monica, she's definitely much nicer and more professional thank god
I went to CubeSmart when my current storage place went up really high. So far I’m liking the facility and the fair price
I have been very happy with cube smart since I got a unit here back in may. The facility is clean, convenient and very easy to use. The best part is the customer service. Monica has been absolutely amazing and she has made a lifetime customer out of me. Big shout out the the regional / market Manager Barry as well! Great team and I highly recommend Cubesmart, especially this location, to anyone and everyone!
