Greedy and unethical. I was only five days late and got hit with a $50 late fee and locked out of my unit. I can understand being locked out, but a $50 fee on top of that is predatory — especially considering how much money they already make. Add to that the $6+ “convenience” fee just to pay online, and it’s clear these policies are designed to squeeze people, not serve them. Whoever writes these rules represents everything broken in today’s world.
The facility was very clean and well lit. All the people we spoke with were very friendly and helpful.
