The staff at the Woodmont Ave location in Bethesda, MD, is helpful and responsive. We had to get storage space very quickly and they made it a pleasant process. The ability to promptly get storage is effortless, and the facility is immaculate. Highly recommended.

I have been renting a storage unit at Cubesmart for over two years, and my experience has been nothing but positive. I love this location. The office staff is excellent especially (Keome). She is responsive, helpful and always ready to assist with our ever changing needs. We currently have 3 units and anticipate needing additional ones before the year is out. CubeSmart’s affordability is a driving force for our selection of a storage vendor.

I've been renting here for some time now, and the staff is great. Quick to respond and easy to work with. My 2 comments are the frequent rate increases from CubeSmart make it a little hard to plan and required me to move units at one point because the increase was too much. Second, the apartment building next door makes driving through and parking more difficult. The entrance is in an alleyway and despite "No Parking" signs, the same cars are usually parked outside the apartment and make the space harder to navigate.
