I was happy to see a CubeSmart location open in the downtown Bethesda area - super convenient! It's extremely clean, with that new carpet smell! But the best feature of this CubeSmart location is Keome Brooks, the on-site manager. She listened carefully to our needs, showed us various units, helped us create a 2nd access code for my husband, answered any questions we had, and is now helping as we look for a new unit for new needs. Keome is the epitome of customer service - and is just plain a pleasure to work with.
