The facility changed hands during our rental period - rent had gone up and up to a whooping $140 when all was said and done. Very sparce communication from management considering our unit was full of mouse droppings when we came to collect our things. There are better places to store your belongings!

Don't store your stuff here, I had a lot of nice things rats & mice ruined everything and the insurance was a joke.. I have pictures.
First time storage unit renter here. Ashley is a very nice person and very adamant in making sure all questions were answered. Made my first visit a very pleasant experience. She answered all questions I had and even others my partner had. 5 stars, keep her on staff!
Really frustrating experience with this facility. I rented a unit online as I was coming from out of state. I received an access code and unit number via email. I called the facility a couple days before move in and they said I was all set to move in. I arrived at the unit the day of move in (which was a Sunday) Code did not work and I was not able to access unit. I went back the next day Monday during business hours.
