It was easy to reserve my unit online before I went there. When I got there the manager greeted me. He told me everything I needed to know. The unit is easy access. Great place with great prices if you need storage. Also another great thing is its off flower house loop so its not a bunch of traffic right there, when your trying to leave or come in. Easy acces.
In Troutman, the CubeSmart team were very professional in the account setup, services explanation and providing assistance where it was needed. I was very satisfied and do recommend CubeSmart Troutman, NC. Ryan, the manager, is excellent at managing expectations, providing excellent customer service, and providing exactly what you desire. I love working with him and the team.
The price and convenience work perfectly for my situation, my only issue is if you come after hours you have no access to the carts, my previous storage units kept carts available 24/7/365
