This storage facility is the best I’ve ever used. It is spotless and very well run . Chance and Ryan are a great team. They made the initial set up easy and every time I come in they go out of their way to be helpful. Great service!!
The staff at the Troutman Location are great. Very helpful and easy to deal with.the deserve at least 5 stars!! The only reason im not giving 5 stars is because having such narrow entry doors on a storage facility is crazy. You cant even get common items like a fridge in the door with out taking the fridge apart. Makes no sense at all!
I got a fantastic rate for storage of my vehicle here at the Troutman location. I had no issues whatsoever. Ryan and Chance were great agents and took care of all of my needs. Definitely recommended.
