Topnotch service from beginning to end. Ashley was very professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to my needs, and because of that, I couldn't be happier or feel more confident about my decision to go with CubeSmart. Having said that, I would highly recommend CubeSmart to anyone looking for a storage unit. On a side note, both Jackie and Tiffany were very helpful as well. Bravo to this team for going above and beyond.
Ashley made the entire process so smooth and easy! I only stored my stuff for a couple of months, but if I ever needed storage in the area again, I would 10/10 come back.
I stopped by to check rates compared to where I've been for years after recieving a rate hike letter. Ashley the Mgr at the Willow Grove location was extremely friendly and professional. The rates were much better and the facility was immaculate. I signed up after my tour and will move my items from my previous unit to my new Cubesmart unit over the next 28 days. Initial impressions....5 Star.
