Cube Smart is very clean and safe. The hours are convenient. My only complaint is the price. It's too expensive.
Can’t say enough good things about Ashley. She was/is terrific! I had a problem with the lock. Even though it was almost time for her to leave she spent the time to help me. Thank you Ashley!!!!

Renting a storage space made easy 6/29/26 updated review- I rented a storage space for over a year, paid on time, no hassles. I emptied my unit yesterday, Ashley told me today when I called that I was supposed to give 10 days notice of leaving, I had to be in the office by 4:00 to sign paperwork and remove the lock I bought by then. Left work 2 hours early to be there. The lease never stated this, no paperwork to sign, just a run a round. Whitney in customer service was no better - just silence when I called.
