I must say both of the CubeSmart representatives at CubeSmart in Willow Grove have been great. Both Aiden and Ashley. My first encounter was Aiden who was very helpful and started my rental process very very professional. And then when I went in to store my belongings there was Ashley Oh my she helped every step of the way from me not understanding the elevator which she did explain thoroughly but being a senior sometimes I forget to sssisting me with the lock. She is amazing. Both deserve a ✋🏽 (High Five)😊
I was so impressed with Ashley in the Willow Grove PA location. She runs the facility as if she has been there for 10 years. Ashley is extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of renting units, wanting to insure the customer understands and is completely comfortable before signing a contract. She is a very friendly and likeable person! Kudos to whoever hired her - she’s an asset to the company.
Ashley was great! I’ve never rented a storage unit and Ashley was super detailed and explained everything to us thoroughly.
