Very courteous staff making sure you have everything you need for your move in. Carts readily available to help get your stuff to your unit. And very clean inside and out.
Kathleen was amazing! She was incredibly helpful, super informative, and really engaging — honestly one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. Wish there were many more of her kind. She made renting my unit feel easy and stress-free. The facility itself is clean, secure, and conveniently located. CubeSmart really nailed it with both the space and the staff. Highly recommend!
