Though there was technical difficulties. Bill and emily struggled through valiantly while still giving the upmost friendly and reliable service. Left with a clear understanding of the rental agreement.
William was excellent, he stayed a few extra minutes after closing to help me out we got there a few minutes late he went over everything took care of everything and I was very grateful to him cuz I had to get everything in that storage unit that day. UPDATE:: After my review, CubeSmart offered to follow up and asked for our information which we promptly provided. It’s been days, and we’ve heard nothing back. The lack of accountability and communication is extremely frustrating. If you’re going to offer to “make it right,” then actually follow through. Very disappointing experience. We stored our entire home at CubeSmart starting May 2024, trusting it was a newer, secure facility.
