Emily assisted with my move in. She was very informative, and the facility was very clean and neat. Emily has amazing customer service and I would recommend CubeSmart to anybody I know.
Very straight forward easy process
A week ago, I would have given a 5 star review. Unfortunately, my opinion has changed because my unit was broken into, and ransacked. There is only one camera at the entrance with a whole lot of signs that give a false sense of security because they all say “Smile, you’re on camera”. Emily was wonderful in assisting me during this ordeal. She called the police, offered to change units for me and also replaced the lock that had been removed.
