Raised the monthly rent arbitrarily after 3 months by email.
The vehicle parking area is not well kept - multiple times, I've had to move debris such as pieces of wood or cinder blocks from my space before backing in. There are no cameras covering the rear area of the property where vehicles are kept. The lane lines only exist for the first 2 - 3 feet of the spaces. Worst of all, management here makes up their own rules about vehicle storage which are not in the rental agreement or vehicle storage addendum, and threatens fines via mail as a result.
