I lost my key to my lock in Linde at the North Kingstown location was able to help me by cutting it off. Great customer service, she was great!
Laura was the BEST customer service rep I've dealt with in over a decade. She is absolutely knowledgeable and very professional. I had two negative experiences at that same location when I initially rented there. The woman who was working didn't know much about anything.
Great facility! Clean and the staff are helpful!
