Vin is Top tier Customer service he’s very knowledgeable and ty is very kind both individuals go out their way.
Associates were awesome, helpful, accommodating and knowledgeable. Units are clean & security is appropriate. The only reason I didn’t do stars is that U-haul & Atlantic storage is cheaper in comparison. If Cubesmart gave competitive rates or price compare then I’d be all in with a 5-star rating
Vinn helped me at the Herlong location and was excellent at his job and completely thorough and I left with a positive view of this location due to his professionalism. Give him a raise.
