Patrick is very welcoming and helpful! Getting a unit was seamless and when working in the unit, Patrick let us borrow some tools. Extremely clean facility and very nice staff!

I felt it necessary to write this review due to my experience at your Ocean City location. I stopped by one afternoon to ask questions about storage units. Patrick was more than helpful and knowledgeable about every question I asked. I couldn’t have asked for better Customer Service. He was polite and patient with me until I understood everything.
