I had a great experience at CubeSmart. I had to move out some belongings from a unit and Tiffany and Aisha were super helpful. Thank you for making the process smooth and easy.
Aisha has been there since I moved in 2 years ago and has constantly held the front desk down while juggling moving new tenants in and assisting other customers and all with maintaining a professional and kind attitude. The staff here are all very helpful and the facility is kept very clean - I’ve been very happy here. My only struggle is the aggressive price increases. Considering New York is already expensive to live in and apartments getting smaller - storage is a must for most adults here. There should be more transparen... read more
