This was the first time I had to use a storage unit and it was pretty easy ...Martin is a doll ☺️ a very kind man who explained everything to me and was very helpful. I would recommend this place for sure and Martin needs a raise for his kindness and loving personality
This location is ok, it was inconvenient for me and during heavy rains there was first floor flooding and I would have to make a trip to check on my unit and it ended up being very expensive. But Aisha was great. She found me a much more convenient Cube Smart 2 blocks away from my studio at half the price. She was the best thing about this location. Thanks Aisha!
My wife has stored our belongings in this storage for at least two years now . Best decision especially in nyc with these shoe box apt. I walked in here and took some pictures an as I was leaving a kind employee reminded me I could use the lift. I'm sure this establishment was aware of me and that's good for security reasons because it's a huge facility and you can try and sneak in but the staff is watching!
