When I say I’m disgusted and disappointed. I am, I have yet to receive a call about their RAT issues. I went to check my things in storage and there was RAT poop in my kids stuff, on the floor and when checking clothes and other things they were bitten up. I trusted the company with my valuables! Update, I was given a new locker. in front of my husband on the phone I asked how much it would be with the store manager. I was told the same as I was paying before due to their rodent issue.
