I went in today not knowing what to expect but greeted by a professional caring woman name Becky she made the process so quick n easy and I couldn't ask for a better experience thank you Becky for everything. I will definitely recommend this storage business to anyone in need and will come back in the future if I have to. Thank you
As a long-term customer, they kept raising rates until our unit cost 2.5x as much as what a new customer would pay. Switched to another company instead. (I wasn't even going to write a review, but since leaving the unit, I've received *four* emails from them asking me to give them feedback... so this is my feedback.)
Someone I know had storage unit here and found out the storage building has mice! You can smell the mice throughout the building and see them. People pay to much money to have to bring their belongings there and pay hundreds a month to have to deal with a mice.
Front desk service was very helpful and patient.
