I have been using storage facilities for several years and the prices have escalated and the owners have allowed the property to deteriorate to a point, causing me to look for alternatives. I stopped by a cube smart facility in Corsicana and was met by your representative, Stormi, who was courteous, knowledgeable and ready to help answer all my questions. As a result, I have leased several of your units and what a difference in cleanliness!!!
Stormy and Monica were both great and very informative. The storage facility was very clean and reasonably priced. I have been a very loyal renter for more than 15 years at my current storage facility and due to the massive rate increases and lack of customer service. I decided to move out. I am so glad I found cube smart and will be a very loyal customer as long as the rates remain reasonable and I have the personal service that your facility offers.
OMG the most simplist fastest way I have ever rented a unit. Very nice process was very quick. Even though we ended up not needing our unit. They still refunded me back my money I had just paid for it. Hands down I would choose this facility again.
