Very simple and fast to get into a storage locker. Was a bet disappointed when the actual price was not the quoted price. Lots of hidden fees. I asked about a lock and got the impression it was included. Then I was charged $20 for a lock. It’s the principle. I had 3-4 locks, just like they sold me, in my vehicle right outside. The monthly payment is approximately 50% more than the quoted price.

The store representative escorted and showed us the wrong unit. We moved our stuff in (over a couple days mind you) and not once did she alert us or address that we were moving into the wrong unit. We would have very happily corrected our error right away. It was not until 6 months later when CubeSmart cut our locks to "find out who was renting the unit" that we were informed of the error. We did not have to move our belongings, however, we were forced to pay the increased fees for this "prime" spot. I requested a call from ... read more
