My first experience renting a storage unit and the rental process was seamless however, the Brandywine, MD location, which is very recently built, has two inoperable entrance doors and on two separate visits, had only three platform carts available at the only working entrance. People, myself included, were waiting in a line at the entrance to use the hand carts, after others used them. An argument even ensued bc of the lack of carts and whose turn it was. Reserving online was easy, The customer service was exceptional and we even had a welcome bag with our lock inside the unit ready for us on move in day! 10’ x 25’ unit size.

This cubesmart location was great. The facility was clean, had bright lights, and was overall inviting. The online process to acquire a storage space was seamless.

I am very impressed with how clean and well kept the building is. The two staff members I encountered were courteous and very professional. On one occasion it took me a while to find a cart otherwise I have no complaints and would recommend them to others.
