This was our first time renting a storage unit so we had no idea how it worked. Bree and Stephanie answered all of our questions and showed us the different sized units. They explained all the paperwork and payment instructions. They are awesome! We also like that there are carts available to use. Our unit’s bulb doesn’t work. Then they tried to replace the bulb twice and it still didn’t work. Maybe it’s an electrical problem?

Reservation and move in experience was great. The office called to ensure I received all the information needed and the facilities and unit was clean. Absolutely smooth process.
