Very helpful i appreciate everything you’ve done for me.
Don't be a week late with a payment. They will cut your lock and put your unit for auction. When it was CubeSmart, the lease was more flexible along with the prices. My unit was a 10x10 for $140 a month. SmartStop took over and raised it to $230. At first I was told there wasn't going to be any major changes, but you know how that played out. I found me another unit cross town for the $140 rate. Please if you go here do it for short terms only, meaning, no more than 3 months top.
