Tyler was a great help to Ms.Pat and I excellent customer service and above.
A couple days ago came in to pay my rent's at CubeSmart my manager Tyler just got a haircut and it was a little bit after 5:00pm that day July 3rd and he was Happy tooo see me !! As a matter of fact I guess I was the only Customer he had seen all day, like I was a sight for sore eyes he invited me in, he had been standing outside getting some air doing something on his phone. I paid my Rent on my two units ,he Thanked me and with his Professionalism he Wished Me a Good Evening and a Happy Holiday!!!! JOSEPH AL -KHOURI
It was an absolutely awful experience. As if my life wasn’t falling apart being in need of a storage to begin with, I greeted by two husky men that didn’t even get out of their seat until I waved at the locked door. I said I was there to finish my check in and receive my keys and was told “you’re already moved in” “umm ok how if I never got keys?” “They’re in your unit!” “Ugh ok great where’s my unit?” Never standing he waved his hand left and said down there.
