New owners just not good anymore
The staff was very helpful, the facility and the unit were clean.
The employees who have assisted me on the phone and in person are very courteous and helpful. I like that this facility is climate controlled and that they have some dollies to use as you move items in/out. There is also an elevator. . The only downside is that there are corridors with many twists and turns. I had a particularly long piece of furniture so they helped me find a unit to rent in a location with few turns leading up to it.
Mae was showing a unit when I called. I was promised that she'd call me back as as she's available and she did! I went to the location and Mella offered to show me the unit that I was interested in. I also want to mention that Carrie in the Springdale location took her time to talk to me about the units in her location and found out that there are NO dolly carts in this location. Carrie then informed me about this new location on Commons Drive and that they have dolly carts. They all deserve a five star for their great custo... read more
