Pam at the cube smart on hufsmith kohrville is always super helpful!!!! Also she has the best interest for the customer in mind and that goes a long way!!! She helped me find my first unit and it has been exactly what I needed. I am about the rent another one and she is very helpful, informative, and honest about everything!!

Pam is friendly, and very helpful in meeting my storage needs. Highly recommend CubeSmart self storage. Really, really need the ability to open the gate via the app. It’s burdensome entering or leaving the lot with a trailer. We have to exit the vehicle to access the keypad. Please add that functionality to the app!
