This company is strategically difficult to communicate with. I have 2 units at this location. Both units enticed me in with special low rates, but after three months the company starts periodically raising your rent with no explanation. I have tried to get answers, but get hung up on when I call into their service line. I am not a happy customer, as it seems they are focusing on folks that just need a short term storage solution. Made a reservation for today. Called yesterday customer service to find out how the move-in process is and found out that apparently i already should have moved in the unit a week ago since thats when i made the initial payment. Planned the reservation for today to plan for budgetting. But whatever. The email i got right after making the reservation said there is an amount due now so i clicked it to pay whatever i needed to pay to not lose the reservation but apparently that means you move in the day you pay...
