Everything worked well. The $10 to rent the truck for move-in is a great deal, and it's a good size. The indoor drive-thru is convenient. Jacob the store manager and Lea the Saturday manager are friendly, clear, and helpful. I recommend dealing only with Jacob or Lea if possible. Our first contact was with a Saturday sub who gave us inaccurate info.
Lea was amazing and so helpful throughout the process. Even including when we lost our key and needed a hand!
