Place has a single push dolly everytime you enter the facility.
Richard and John are friendly, courteous and always helpful. They consistently go out of their way to make me feel like a valued customer, and I am happy to trust them with my storage needs.
Place has a single push dolly everytime you enter the facility, sudden price increases, poorly maintained hallways, 2x4 lights provide barely any light for the cubicals, when every other light goes put (probably alternating circuits on the same line), the guy from the office spoon feeds you BS that it's always like that, even though its not, because i occassionaly visit my cubical, its dark inside with all the lights on in the hallway. Not worth the price, cant wait to move out of there, dont waste your time here.
I’ve had this storage space for a while - they recently changed hands to MMS. Richard helped me immensely with an issue I had when the switch happened. Just on Richard’s help alone, I would stay here and recommend it.
Great place to rent. Richard goes above and beyond with friendliness, professionalism, and excellent customer service. He's so personable. I call him the face of the company bc he always has a confident smile !!
