John at the front desk was very helpful
John and Richard helped me move into a 10x10 for my collectibles. They showed me around the facility and opened a few units for me until I found the perfect one close to the elevator. I did notice these small black boxes around the floors. I asked about them and they kept things transparent about the pest issue and the resolution they have in place. I really appreciate that, as a business owner, transparency is key. I give them 5 stars because of the superb customer service and their honesty.
I visited the store just to check in on pricing and had a great experience talking with John. The facility is clean and I really appreciate the fact that they have carts at the facility for use. I would and will definitely recommend!
