Richard was very helpful in assisting us with our units at the storage facility. He assisted over a period of three days and remained attentive to our needs. We greatly appreciate his assistance.
I had a wonderful experience with the manager Rich at the facility. He was very helpful and friendly. The facility itself is clean with plenty of parking spaces.
Everyone was Great very helpful
This location is overrun with mice. The staff are trying there best to fix the situation but the higher ups chose to hide this from the customers. I have seen over 10 mice in the last month along with having items ruined and their insurance does not cover rodents. If this company cared about their customers they would line the facility with traps outside of the units, they do not do this to prevent anyone from seeing it and not booking a unit here. John is truly one of the best , he’s knowledgeable and helpful with any situations that arises with these units. He’s incredibly helpful navigating with either a move or expansion of your unit. So glad he’s here.
