Service was fast, informed, and addressed any issues i had. Including going out in the rain, at the end of her day to fix the latch on the storage door. Amazing !!!

They were so helpful and fast when getting by my unit. Friendly staff came over day of to show me how to use the sliding door, since I couldn’t figure out how. At first I rented a larger unit and they contacted me to let me know it was second floor and if I still wanted it, since I didn’t know. Free lock with unit! 10 out of 10 recommend using them.
Easily booked my unit online and it was ready and accessible when promised. The property manager Marie was ESPECIALLY helpful in assisting under rather unusual circumstances. Good person!
