Helpful and responsive
Unit was found to be covered in mold after a few months of storage in a “climate controlled” unit. STAY AWAY!!!!!
Was not informed ahead of time of my responsibility to clear snow in front of outdoor storage unit. Door was always frozen shut to ground, piled up with snow. Could at least salt so customers don’t fall. We shouldn’t have to come with metal shovel, de icer for lock and multiple other tools to open storage. When I complained they barely assisted, only salted and then had them plow way too close to causing them to hit side of our door creating a hole which led to a decent amount of ice inside our unit without anyone informing ... read more
Easy and quick to rent a storage unit. I had no issues with the website. The app is clear and fairly easy to use. The biggest issue I had was with getting into the secure facility. The gate was malfunctioning and I had to call customer service. That issue was resolved fairly quickly.
