Good experience with the online registration process. One drawback is that you are required to pay for a lock for 19.99 as well as forced place insurance with the online registration process. I have my own lock and I have my own personal property insurance and I have to go to the location to get a refund for both when I return the lock they left in the unit and show my declaration page.
