We were helped by Adam G who was so kind and very helpful and honest! First, we made a reservation online for a 10x10 unit and pre-paid for a year, but it unfortunately doesn’t lock in the price since it can increase after six months. We also paid for a lock. Then, we visited the unit in person and Adam made sure our paperwork looked accurate and took us to see our storage unit. Terrible customer service and they even loot the things without knowledge of the Customer. Stay away and deal at your own risks.
It’s rare to get service this fast and pleasant, especially with storage facilities. Adis went above and beyond, and it’s clear he actually cares about the customers. I needed to switch to a different unit size, and Adis handled the entire process incredibly quickly – I was in and out in no time. He was friendly, professional, and genuinely nice the whole time, which makes such a difference when you’re already juggling a move. CUBE SMART...CUBE SMART..CUBE SMART..CUBE SMART..This review is for CUBE SMART on FAIRCHILD AVENUE IN PLAINVIEW. I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT STORAGE POST PLAINVIEW IS. The guy at the desk is an obnoxious little man with an attitude problem. His music choice (spanish-only radio station) is loudly playing all throughout the building. There is no escaping it. We were there a couple of days ago and I had such a migraine by the time I left. I would give zero stars if I could.
