Excellent customer service, registration, and extremely clean facility. Special commendation to Nasir (Nafis) for his expert knowledge, patience, and on-site assistance. Would highly recommend this facility.

The process was very easy and the manager of the location was very helpful. The facility is very clean. The only issue is punching a 10-digit number in the elevator to go up every time. The app did not work for me in the elevator.
I’m a first time renter at CubeSmart. I noticed that management will complain while you are trying to load your belongings into the elevator. It would make sense to give customers a key fob which gives you full access to all doors and elevators while moving your items in and out. The app doesn’t work as it should for elevator access.
