The staff at this store are awesome. I made a reservation and not even a minute later I was called to confirm the unit. They're extremely helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend storing with the Auburn CubeSmart!
Easy and. Very welcoming Morgan is awesome
Courtney was here to meet us after hours when I called to let her know that our cross-country move from Florida was being delayed by traffic in Pennsylvania. She was kind and devoted to making sure the unit was perfect, despite what I can assume must have been extremely long hours. She made the first step of a huge transition as easy as it could be.
Morgan was amazing! Kind, patient and professional. She went over every detail of the rental process with us. We had some issues figuring out the lock and she immediately came to our rescue and was so helpful. Excellent customer service! I don’t know who her boss is but make sure you treat her well, customer service like that is hard to find!
Great experience on opening an account. Staff was very helpful.
