All was good the online process was seamless . My issue was when I went to move my items into my unit. I was met in the hallway by whom I assume was the manager who came across very smug and rude by telling me that the person who’s unit I was moving from one unit to the next was being trespassed . When I asked why the only thing she told me was that he was yelling at her . I asked why was he yelling at her what provoked this so called yelling. She elaborated that he was living out of his unit.
