Reservation process and check in was very easy and quick. Liz was very helpful with both. Unit and commons areas super clean.
PREDATORY LANDLORD practices- read the fine print in the lease document. They can raise rent to any amount at any time during the lease. Within 3 months of renting cubes, they raised it 25%!!!! They make zero concessions. DO NOT RENT HERE

They don't ever leave the restrooms unlocked. If you're moving in and have to use the restroom, or even want to wash your hands, it's not an option, even though they have restrooms in the building. They also have "ZERO" trash bins on property, and customers are not about to access the dumpster. It's always locked as well. I guess you're supposed to take all forms is waste with you, whether it be garbage, or human waste. Not very accommodating to someone who's moving.
