Christina is very awesome I left my storage unit unlock and Christina was on top of it and make sure my storage unit was secure and safe and I really appreciate her going above and beyond and watching over everything that was in my storage unit. I have so much valuable stuff in there and I just wanna send out a gratitude towards her Christina you rock

Liz one of the store managers at CubeSmart winter park is such a lovely and professional woman! I was going through an extremely difficult time trying to plan my Move just right and she made renting a storage unit seem so peaceful! The unit are clean and spacious and the facility is really clean and safe. 10/10 would definitely recommend

I’ve been a CubeSmart tenant since 2020—five years—and during that time, the rent on my unit was raised regularly, sometimes more than once a year. When I signed up I was paying $68 a month, by the time I moved out, I was paying $155/month for a unit they were advertising to new customers right now online for just $72/month. When I reached out to ask if they could match the new-customer rate or offer something more reasonable, they only offered me $25 off. Like others that I am now reading - the experience was very positive! Christina was so professional and helpful - just delightful to work with. Liz was also great. I would highly recommend renting storage space here. Customer service experiences like this are becoming so rare - it was refreshing and appreciated!!
