I was dreading having to move again and put stuff in storage but this location surprised me by how easy the process was. Easy to sign up and loved being able to access my unit for the first time without needing to go to a front desk. I thought being on the 4th floor would be frustrating but it’s been really easy, especially with the free dolly they provide right by the elevators. The building is in great condition too! I’m happy with deciding on this location.

Very rude from management when we were moving out. The lady at the front office threatened to charge us for what another mover did to the door. She yelled at us as though we were kids. Not a very friendly exiting experience.

For a short time, I had rented a unit on Lewis Dr. in Winter Park, which was rented for work storage and delivery of packages. For the short period that I had this unit, I had multiple interactions with the on-site associate, Christina, who was always welcoming and helpful, showing genuine care. Throughout the move-out process, she was proactive in handling any needs and ensuring efficiency.

After visiting 5 other storage units (with nobody even present on the premises), Cube Smart was a bright light shining in the darkness!! They were present, friendly, helpful!! The storage building is immaculately clean. The facility is monitored 24/7 with cameras everywhere. And the cost was no more expensive than the other storage companies I was looking at. Amazing!!!
