Kierra W. Is the lady that helped me and was sweet and explained everything I had questions about! The other lady was rude. Walked in as we were speaking and completing my transaction and was on her cell phone loud and rude.

Great customer service! They even showed me the storage unit I reserved so I could make sure I got the right size. It was a quick and friendly experience.
I walked in for service. I made reservations prior to visiting the office. The reps were not very friendly. I recommend customer service training for all employees. Treat all customers equally with respect and a smile. Do not ever prejudge a customer!
