Great experience! Very Clean
Great customer service! They even showed me the storage unit I reserved so I could make sure I got the right size. It was a quick and friendly experience.
I walked in for service. I made reservations prior to visiting the office. The reps were not very friendly. I recommend customer service training for all employees. Treat all customers equally with respect and a smile. Do not ever prejudge a customer!
