I walked in for service. I made reservations prior to visiting the office. The reps were not very friendly. I recommend customer service training for all employees. Treat all customers equally with respect and a smile. Do not ever prejudge a customer!
APRIL 2025 UPDATE: RAT INFESTATION in the air conditioned buildings. I finally have the means and opportunity to move out of my storage. Opened it back up yesterday and discovered that there is a rat infestation. There is rat urine and poop covering a *large* amount of my stuff. Mind you, the rates for 2025 went up *again*. I am currently paying $319.26 for an air conditioned unit. CubeSmart's mentality to the rat pee/poop soaked into all my stuff? - Oh well, you're responsible for your unit, not us.
