APRIL 2025 UPDATE: RAT INFESTATION in the air conditioned buildings. I finally have the means and opportunity to move out of my storage. Opened it back up yesterday and discovered that there is a rat infestation. There is rat urine and poop covering a *large* amount of my stuff. Mind you, the rates for 2025 went up *again*.
