I have been using cubesmart storage for over 5 years make the payments on time and it's climate control. I went to add somethings into the storage only to find rat droppings all over my things, mind you that my things are expensive. I called cubesmart customer service only to be told that the insurance doesn't cover it. I will be getting my things out and never use cubesmart ever again. Very Very disappointed.
This is my second time renting from Cube Smart Karmara was very excellent in customer service she went over details with each sizes of storages
Quick and respectful service. Showed us the facility and everything was clean & presentable. Very satisfied with their service!
